Payment is upfront, via a Paypal invoice. Work will begin once the payment is sent.

I will not give refunds for completed work.

I will give a 50% refund if I have begun your commission but haven't yet finished it.

I will give a full refund at the commissioner's request if I have not begun work on it within a month.

Chargebacks will result in the commissioner being blacklisted from all of my future commissions and adoptables.

I will NOT accept any form of cryptocurrency as payment.

I reserve the right to deny a commission for any reason.

I will draw humans, humanoids, anthros/furries, ferals/animals, and fanart.

I will not draw NSFW, fetish art, moderate/heavy gore, or any kind of hateful content.

Having some kind of visual request is required, I will not draw based off written description alone unless you are commissioning me to make a custom design for you.

Custom designs, in the above case, need to be discussed up front.

I will not do business with anyone I learn supports NFTs or Cryptocurrency.

I will not do business with anyone interested in using my art for anything AI art related.

I may use your commission in the future in promotions or portfolios- please tell me in advance if you would like it to be private.

You are allowed to use art commissioned by you as icons/headers/other displays without credit to me.

You are allowed upload the commission to social media, but you must credit me.

You MAY NOT use my art in any way that relates to cryptocurrency or NFTs.

Feel free to complete/color in sketch or lineart commissions, but you must credit me as the one who did the sketch or lineart.

You are free to edit simple backgrounds to your liking, but please do not alter the art itself. Minor changes can be made at your request post-completion!

My artwork may not be used for profit on physical goods (ex- selling a shirt or keychain with my art on it)

You may not use my work for usage in anything AI art related.

Do not claim my artwork as your own.
